Support for chronic fatigue
Gentle, supportive guidance to help you understand and begin to heal
If you’re living with Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia or another condition linked to chronic fatigue, I will support you in understanding what’s happening within your mind and body. Together, we’ll explore simple, supportive changes that can help you begin your healing journey, always at a pace that feels right for you. This may include: - Gently calming your nervous system - Being kinder to yourself and reducing the need to push through - Becoming more aware of thought patterns and how they affect you - Reconnecting your mind and body - Building a belief that recovery is possible Your body knows how to heal - sometimes it just needs the right support for that process to begin. I’ll guide you through this in a way that feels manageable and reassuring.
Burnout recovery
Helping you step out of overwhelm and find your way back to balance
When life feels full-on for too long, it can lead to overwhelm and eventually burnout. Getting support early can make a real difference. Together, we’ll create space to slow things down and focus on what you need, helping you feel more in control again. Reset yourself programme
A 6-session programme designed to help you step out of overwhelm and begin to feel more like yourself again.
Together, we’ll explore both the physical and mental symptoms you may be experiencing — such as fatigue, pain, brain fog, sleep disturbance or feeling disconnected — and the emotions linked to them, including anxiety, overthinking, anger, sadness or guilt.
Across the sessions, we’ll work on reconnecting your mind and body, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and introducing techniques to reduce stress and support lasting change.

A focused hypnotherapy session using a powerful ‘reset’ approach to support deeper change.
This can help you overcome fears and phobias, break habits, ease stress and anxiety, manage pain and fatigue, and build confidence and self-belief.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind, allowing you to transform thoughts, behaviours and feelings at a deeper level. Sessions can also be combined with coaching to create a more tailored approach, depending on what you’d like to achieve.
