About the event

Hi I'm Jules a certified Life Coach and Forest School Practitioner. I specialise in supporting people with overwhelm/burnout and chronic fatigue illnesses to regain balance and wellness in their lives. I am passionate about helping people to create a balanced, joyful and healthy life, combining my skills as a life coach and forest school practitioner. One of the most beneficial things you can do for your well being and to recover from chronic illnesses is to spend time in nature.

Come and join me in a secluded field by Beesands ley. The field has direct access to the ley and is haven for wildlife. It has been in permanent pasture for many years and has a diverse selection of plants and wildlife. All this creates an amazingly tranquil space close to the beach, where you can slow down and connect with nature.

This is an opportunity to retreat from our busy everyday lives. Leave all the stresses and strains behind at the gate and take a moment to connect with your inner-self in a relaxed, inspiring and welcoming environment.

There are no expectations for your time. This is time for you to allow yourself to be a human being rather than a human doing.

I will be offering:

  • A mindful walk around the field ( no mindfulness experience necessary, I will be there to guide you)

  • Nature crafts, using resources from the field

  • Journaling prompts

  • The chance to connect with other like minded souls

  • Tea and a yummy snack

These are all offerings, you can choose to join in, or do your own thing. It is completely up to you. This is your time to relax and reset in a way that feels right for you. All the activities I'm offering are about being in the present moment, allowing the mind to calm and focus on the task at hand.

There are a limited numbers of spaces, as I want to keep the events intimate and personal creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Book ASAP to secure your place.

Please bring:

  • Something to sit on, a blanket or yoga mat are good examples

  • Something to write with and on, if you wish to journal

  • Sturdy footwear is best as the ground can be uneven in places

Once you're booked in I will send details about the exact location and where to park.
