About the event
Are you living with a condition like Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety or Burnout and feeling chronically fatigued?

Are you struggling to know how to get better, or even know that you can?
​
If so, this 6-week course will show you tools, techniques and knowledge necessary to start your recovery to a healthy, balanced and joyful life.
​
Over the 6 weeks you will:

Understand how fatigue symptoms are triggered and discover actions you can take to reduce them.

Learn about the Autonomic Nervous System and the role it plays in your recovery.

Learn how your thinking affects your body and mind and how you can control your thoughts.

Understand that by accepting where you are, and believing that you can heal, puts your body in the right state for recovery.

Learn why setting healthy boundaries is so important to enable healing.

Create your own vision to wellness by implementing all the things you have learned over the 6 weeks.

Everyone’s path to wellness is different, it is influenced by such things as past experiences and traumas, what was going on in your life when you got ill, but whatever your path is, the tools,techniques and knowledge that I share will be invaluable.
​
I know what it is like to live with chronic fatigue. I was ill with Long Covid for three years and now I have recovered. I know how important it was to be supported by someone who really understands what chronic fatigue is and what a physical, mental and emotional roller-coaster it is to live with.
​
Numbers are limited to 6, with the intention of the group being small enough to feel comfortable and big enough to build a community so that, if you wish, you can support each other outside of the sessions and beyond! Therefore, booking early is recommended.
