Holistic Life and Mind-Body Coaching - Make the changes you desire
Holistic Life and Mind-Body Coaching works with you as a whole person, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of you. It is only when all these parts are aligned that we can connect with our true self and find health, happiness and peace.
We will work together to find your way forward. During the session I will ask questions about the changes you want to make and together we will come up with actions you can do to achieve this. I'm there to gently guide you, keeping you accountable to the actions you've chosen to work on.

Recovery and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue
If you have an illness such as Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia or any other illness with chronic fatigue, I will help and support you to understand what is happening in your mind and body. I will gently explain the changes that you can make that will enable you to start healing.
Recovery and treatment of Burnout
Many of us live busy lives, juggling many balls. This can feel overwhelming and if not managed can lead to burnout.I know from experience that feeling overwhelmed can be a precursor to Chronic Fatigue Illness. Get the support now and prevent it getting any worse.
