How I Can Help

Recovery and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Illnesses

If you have an illness such as Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia or any other  illness with chronic fatigue, I will help and support you to understand what is happening in your mind and body. I will gently explain the changes that you can make that will enable you to start healing.

Even though your recovery path is unique to you, there are essential elements that we all need to do so the healing process can begin.
​

  • Shift the nervous system from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest".

  • Accept where you are and stop fighting it, this wastes energy.

  • Be kind to yourself. This isn't your fault, you don't have to keep pushing yourself.

  • Become aware of your thought patterns. Are they helpful or not?

  • Reconnect your mind and body so they work together to heal you.

  • Believe you can heal and keep telling yourself it is possible.

 
Our bodies know how to heal, we just have to get them into a healing state and then the process will begin.
I can help and support you to do this. I healed myself and am helping many others to heal themselves. 

Recovery and Treatment of Overwhelm and Burnout.

Many of us live busy lives, juggling many balls. This can feel overwhelming and if not managed can lead to burnout.
I know from experience that feeling overwhelmed can be a precursor to Chronic Fatigue Illness. Get the support now and prevent it getting any worse.

  • Learn and prioritise the things that reduce overwhelm.

  • Set boundaries so that you have time to look after yourself.

  • Clarify what you want and need in your life to be happy.

  • Set achievable goals and support you to make them happen.

  • Reduce anxiety.

  • Create healthy sleep patterns.

  • Develop positive thought patterns that will enable you to manage stress effectively.

  • Regain control of your life, so that you feel balanced, joyful and healthy.
