Recovery and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue

If you have an illness such as Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia or any other  illness with chronic fatigue, I will help and support you to understand what is happening in your mind and body. I will gently explain the changes that you can make that will enable you to start healing.

Even though your recovery path is unique to you, there are elements that we can do so that the healing process can begin.

  • Shift the nervous system from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest".

  • Accept where you are and stop fighting it, this wastes energy.

  • Be kind to yourself. This isn't your fault, you don't have to keep pushing yourself.

  • Become aware of your thought patterns. Are they helpful or not?

  • Reconnect your mind and body so they work together to heal you.

  • Develop a belief that recovery is possible.

 
Our bodies know how to heal, we just have to get them into a healing state and then the process will begin.
I can help and support you to do this. I healed myself and am helping many others to heal themselves.
