Hi, I'm Jules
I help people who are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed recover their energy and regain control of their life.

I blend my training as a Holistic Life and Mind-body Coach and Hypnotherapist, along with my experience of living with and recovering from Long Covid to support you to a life of wellness, balance and joy.

I know how difficult it is to feel fatigued and overwhelmed all the time. I want you to know that it is possible to change and move to feeling happy and in control of your life. Whatever you are feeling, I can meet you where you are at and guide you to a much more balanced and joyful place.
