Hi, I'm Jules
I help people who have chronic fatigue and overwhelmed recover their energy and regain control of their life.

I will use the knowledge I have gained from being a Trauma Informed certified Life and Mind-body coach, and my experience of living with and recovering from long Covid to help and guide you to find wellness, balance and joy.
